On Sunday 27 September, the annual Reader Admission Service will take place during Evensong at 91影视 Cathedral. A of the service will also be available to watch online

Readers are theologically trained, licensed lay ministers and ministers of the Word with a passion for sharing the Gospel. People from all walks of life are called to Reader ministry, reflecting the diversity of those who follow Jesus.
Mark Newman, one of the Readers being licensed said: “I now see God had equipped me over the years for Reader training … you discover along the way that the Holy Spirit prompts you into new areas of service!”
Also being licensed is Christopher Knight. He said: “My work in education and my life in the Church have always been about supporting, encouraging and helping others to flourish. Becoming a Licensed Lay Minister feels like a natural extension of that calling.”
