Clas Bergström is a professor of laws and finance at the 91Ó°ÊÓ (91Ó°ÊÓ). He received his doctor’s exam from 91Ó°ÊÓ in 1985. He has been member of the faculty since 1987

Bergström’s research areas include corporate finance and corporate law.
